I have been doing personal training on and off for many years and Emily is the best trainer I have ever worked with. We have been training together since the Spring of 2014 and she continues to help me achieve my goals.

When we first started working together, she asked me what I wanted to get out of our sessions, and I gave the basic answer of just wanting to get into better shape. But I also told her that I wanted her to push me hard and I can honestly say that is what she does each time we meet. And, my results have been extremely positive. I feel stronger, have more stamina and feel a lot better then I did before we started.

Emily truly cares about her clients and everything she does is in your best interest. She makes the sessions fun and I always leave looking forward to what she has in store for me the next time. I have found my trainer for as long as I work out and recommend her to everyone I talk to.
