  • Maintained a consistent schedule of 10 clients meeting twice a week, averaging about 20 sessions/week

Tier 3 Personal Trainer, Equinox, Greenwich, CT 06/11-present

  • Promoted to Tier 3 level trainer by completing over 169 hours of EFTI course work and maintaining a stable client-base, producing at least 21 sessions per week
  • Ranked number 6 of 28 in the club in January 2012, finishing with 104 sessions for that month
  • Provided individualized and progressive programs for up to 35 clients based on theories of periodization and exercise science
