EXPERIENCE

In-home Personal Trainer, Body by Mark, Fairfield/Westchester, 8/13- current

  • Maintained a consistent schedule of 10 clients meeting twice a week, averaging about 20 sessions/week
  • Earned three client referrals in the first two months working with the company
  • Designed creative programs focusing on the use of body weight exercises and agility tools, such as the TRX, Battle ropes, agility ladder and beginners boxing moves

Tier 3 Personal Trainer, Equinox, Greenwich, CT 06/11-present

  • Promoted to Tier 3 level trainer by completing over 169 hours of EFTI course work and maintaining a stable client-base, producing at least 21 sessions per week
  • Ranked number 6 of 28 in the club in January 2012, finishing with 104 sessions for that month

  • Independently researched, formatted, and created 75 pages of different packet material to help clients manage their dieting plans
  • Spearheaded the design and creation of an innovative tool, called the Interactive Cookbook, to solve clients’ issues adhering to healthy eating in everyday life, which included: 80 recipe cards designed with simple chefs in mind, scheduling chart, shopping list, portion reference cards and tracking sheet
