Orange Flavored Chicken

Delicious, nutritious, and gluten-free!

Ingredients:

1 lb organic chicken breasts

1 c gluten-free bread crumbs

2 oranges

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon lemon herb seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half making breasts thin
  2. Beat eggs and dip each piece of chicken
  3. Dip and coat chicken in bread crumbs
  4. Saute chicken in olive oil
  5. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon herb seasoning.
  6. peel and slice oranges. Place oranges on top of chicken and cover
  7. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until chicken is crispy
  8. Place oranges on top of chicken and cover
  9. Cook for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout
